Spirometry, DLCO, FeNO, FOT and a six-minute walk.
Panels run in-house the same morning you are seen, and are read the same sitting — you leave with answers, not another date.
What happens
Spirometry measures how much and how fast you breathe out; diffusion (DLCO) shows how well oxygen crosses into the blood; FeNO reads airway inflammation; FOT reads small airways during quiet breathing, built for small children and the elderly.
How to prepare
Wear loose clothing. Ask the desk whether to pause your inhalers before the test.
